With the success of his first movie itself and also taking the lead in South India with Magadheera, Charan became the only contender for Rajanikanth in India.
Business wise Rajanikanth is the super star of South India currently. Off course Chiranjeevi was on top of whole India in 90s. But things changed. Due to overseas market growth for Tamil movies and Tollywood growth equations changed. Given that, only Ram Charan has the business potential and the talent (except glamour which Rajani doesn't have either) to take on gigantic Rajani.
Charan's Magadheera with about 100 crores collection over long run in South India will take on not just Tollywood but whole South India.
