Southscope Style Awards is going to be a grand event on 25th October, 2009 held at HICC, Novotel Hotel, Hyderabad. The award function is organized by Allu Sirish who recently launched the Southscope, the first ever South Indian film magazine in English. These awards are for films from all four South Indian languages – Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam. The expert panelists will choose the winners after shortlisting the films from last 2 years.
The expected guests of this grandeur are Chiranjeevi, Nagarjuna, Venkatesh, Pawan Kalyan, Ram Charan Teja, All Arjun and Ravi Teja from Tollywood, Vikram, Vijay, Surya, Ajit, Prabhu Deva, Simbu, Soundarya Rajinikanth, Jyothika and Nayantara from Kollywood, Puneet Rajkumar, Upendra, Ramya and Pooja Gandhi from Kannada film industry and Mammootty and Mohanlal from Malayalam film industry.
The highlights of the function will be sparkling performances by Priyamani, Mumaith Khan, Kriti Kharbanda, Jennifer Kotwal, Nikita Thakral and of course our young and dazzling music director Devisri Prasad. This apart this glittering event has a star-studded Fashion Show in which stars like Madhavan, Shriya Saran, Vimala Raman, Reema Sen, Lakshmi Rai, will participate.
Generally the award is presented as the ‘Best’ in all categories. But these Southscope awards are unique in presenting the awards. That is why they are called Southscope Style Awards.
