Pawan Kalyan – Poori Jagan movie called off

Pawan Kalyan – Poori Jagannath combination which was expected to start this year was now called off officially.
This wassaid by poori himself as he was committed to make his next 2 movies with Dr.Rajasekhar and Gopichand.
Producer Ganesh babu, who was supposed to handle this movie, has now signed in Harish Shankar who will be directed Pawan Kalyan from January 2010.
After that Pawan has committed to Surender Reddy’s Mr.Perfect.
So, the pawan-poori combination is officially called off

Sonam Kapoor with Pawan Kalyan ?

Pawan Kalyan’s movie with director Harish Shankar would have its official muhurtam in december 2009.
There are 2 heroine roles in this movie and bollywood actress and Anil Kapoor’s daughter, Sonam Kapoor was approached for the main heroine character.
Nothing is finalised yet but the hunt for cast and crew to work with Pawan Kalyan is on and most of the team will be finalised within a month.
Devi Sriprasad is being considered as music director and artist Ganesh Babu will be producing this movie on his Parameswari arts banner.
Regular shooting is planned from 3rd week of january and talkie part of the movie is planned to be completed in single schedule.

Shammu with Ram Charan in Bhasker’s ORANGE

Shammu is selected to play second heroine role in Bhasker – Ram Charan’s 3rd movie ORANGE.
This character appears in flashback for 15 minutes and hero gets seperated from her.
He leaves the country later in search of his love and meets genelia in australia.
Earlier, Kajal and Kriti Kharbanda were considered for this role but now Shammu was approached and was confirmed by the director.
Shammu (Sheerin Sharmilee), a Malayalam girl acted as Prakash Raj’s daughter in Kancheevaram.
Movie will go for regular shooting next week.
On the other hand, music director Harris Jayraj expressed his desire to score a hit album with direct telugu movie.
Hi earlier efforts of straight telugu movies were flops at box office and his dubbed albums were big hits.

Magadheera 100 days in 223 centers – new record

Magadheera will be completing its 100 day run on november 8th (1 day was lost due to theatres being closed on behalf of YSR’s demise).
This movie beats all records of earlier movies like Pokiri which had a 100 days run in 200 theatres.
Magadheera has already broken earlier records of 50 days run with its run in 301 centers.
Since MAA Star Night, Spandana is being organised on november 7th, Magadheera’s 100 days celebrations are planned to be organised in Gachibowli stadium on november 15th, sunday.

PULI team and Pawan Kalyan appreciate Aalapati Lakshmi

Aalapati Lakshmi, a character artist played a small role in Pawan Kalyan’s KOMARAM PULI.
In a scene , her son goes missing and she comes to police officer Pawan Kalyan to complain about it.
In this scene she had to burst out her emotions and say lengthy dialogues expressing her frustration over police department’s working.
After she finished the shot, Pawan Kalyan started clapping for her performance and the entire unit joined him in appreciating her.
Its very rare for a hero of that image to appreciate a small time character artist and Pawan always steps ahead of others in encouraging genuine talent.

Pawan next movie by Harish Shankar

Pawan Kalyan will embark on his new project this December after completing his work for Puli. This film will be produced by Ganesh who recently delivered Anjaneyulu. Pawan Kalyan's close associate Bade Ravi will present this movie. Harish Shankar (Shock fame) directs this movie. It will be a romantic entertainer featuring two popular heroines. A youth music director who delivered the latest hit of Pawan Kalyan will score the music. The top cinematographer who worked for latest Bollywood's biggest blockbuster will do cinematography.

Muhurat of the movie will take place in December and the shooting will happen in January and will shoot till the film is complete.

Music of Allu Arjun's latest movie 'Arya 2' was launched on the night of 1st November in Rock Heights, Madhapur. SS Rajamouli, Nagababu, VV Vinayak, Dil Raju, KL Narayana, Maganti Babu, seenu Vytla, Meher Ramesh, Krish, Varun Sandesh, Aryan Rajesh, Prabhas, Gangaraju Gunnam, Gemini Kiran, Arjuna Raju, KC Sekhara Babu, RD Rajasekhar etc attended the funtion along with the cast and crewmembers.

The function started off after a few minor glitches. Devi Sri Prasad performed for a song. Shraddha Das joined him to croon Mr. Perfect song. Allu Arjun, Navadeep, Kajal Agarwal and Shraddha Das danced on the stage for Mr. Perfect song.

Prabhas and Nagababu jointly released the audio CD and Rajamouli and VV Vinayak jointly received it. Dil Raju, Maganti Babu, Seenu Vytla, Varun Sandesh, Aryan Rajesh and Meher Ramesh launched a song each.
