VEDAM OVERSEAS BY CINEGALAXY AND IKON ENTERTAINMENT

CINEGALAXY in association with IKON Entertainment acquired overseas theatrical rights of Nandi awardee “Gamyam” Krish's prestigious project VEDAM starring Allu Arjun, Manchu Manoj, & Anushka in the main leads.

A tasteful director whose film Gamyam won three other Nandi awards in the categories of Best Film, Best Story and Best Supporting Actor (for Allari Naresh), Vedam details multiple narratives that see an intriguing culmination in the end.

Highlights -

• This is Krish’s second venture after his first award winning movie“Gamyam” which was a runaway hit across the world.
• This is going to be tollywood’s first multi starter movie presenting two successful heroes Allu Arjun and Manchu Manoj.
• Popular Hindi actor Manoj Bajpai is also playing a crucial role in the movie.
• There will be five interwoven stories in the movie and each story belongs to one of the 5 main characters.
• M.M Keeravani is providing the music for the film

Varudu releasing on April 2nd

Allu Arjun’s ‘Varudu’ has been postponed by a week. The film which was supposed to release earlier on March 26th, will now release on April 2nd. The main reason behind this delay is the hand fracture which Allu Arjun had while shooting for a song earlier this month. Due to this, the re-recording for the film has been delayed and it resulted in the overall delay of the release of the film.

13 minute wedding song in Varudu

Guna Sekhar is known for Telugutanam in his movies and he is going to show the sequence of marriage the way it should be performed in his forth coming movie Varudu with Allu Arjun in the main lead. There will be a 13 minute song explaining the rituals of a proper marriage. Mani Sharma composed music and Veturi penned lyrics. Music of this movie will be launched on the evening of 7 March 2010. Varudu will be releasing this month end.

Puli shooting is complete but for 3 songs

Shooting of Pawan Kalyan’s latest movie Puli is complete but for three songs. These three songs will be shot soon and the producer Singanamala Ramesh is planning to release the movie in the last week of April. SJ Suryah directs this movie. AR Rahman composes music.
