Megapowerstar Ramcharan has sent a huge flower bouquet to Dasari Narayana Rao congratulating him for winning best actor Nandi award for year 2009.There has been lot of criticism about Nandi awards jury since past few years and this year jury made a comedy of themselves by giving award to Dasari for his acting in ‘Mestri’.
